Looking for your next step as an Account Director on a Fixed Term Contract in a creative agency that works with some of the biggest consumer brands? This is a role for someone who loves the balance of client leadership, commercial thinking and facilitating great creative work. You’ll be trusted to lead key relationships, shape campaign direction, and guide teams to deliver standout work.
If you’re confident with senior clients, commercially sharp, and enjoy helping both accounts and people grow, this could be a brilliant next move. Finance experience would be a big plus, but not essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a strategic lead across key accounts, delivering smart, effective multi-channel campaigns
- Building and maintaining strong senior-level client relationships, navigating complex organisations with confidence
- Developing and delivering account growth plans that expand opportunities and deepen partnerships
- Supporting new business — contributing to pitches, proposals and opportunities to grow the agency portfolio
- Managing team members, including recruitment, performance reviews and day-to-day support
- Helping create clear development pathways and training opportunities within the team
- Overseeing budgets, forecasting and overall account profitability
- Ensuring projects are delivered smoothly across teams, timelines and client expectations
