A career-building role running Got 2 Sing Choirs. Got 2 Sing Choir is expanding and we are recruiting Choir Leaders across Birmingham. This is more than a weekly rehearsal role. It’s an opportunity to build something meaningful, develop as a musical leader and be part of a nationally recognised choir organisation that puts people first. The role:

  • Lead weekly 1.5-hour choir sessions (paid as a 2-hour session to include setup and community time)
  • Teach contemporary three-part harmonies clearly and musically
  • Build and sustain a positive, inclusive choir culture
  • Take part in large-scale concerts, community performances and special events

Pay: Excellent growth incentives

Commitment: 38 sessions per year

Location: Birmingham areas

Who we’re looking for:

  • A confident musical leader who can hold a room
  • Ability to read music and teach parts accurately
  • Strong singing voice and ability to play keyboard/piano to a good standard
  • Experience leading singers (ideal, not essential)
  • Strong people and management skills
  • A professional mindset and pride in your work
  • A desire to develop long-term as a choir leader
