The Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to own the end-to-end order process for a fast-moving, high-volume branded merchandise business - sitting at the connection point between suppliers, warehouse, and clients. From proof approvals and purchase orders through to production timelines and final delivery, you're the person making sure everything lands on time and to spec. Day to day that means placing orders with suppliers, agreeing technical specifications, coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners, handling customs documentation, and resolving issues before they reach the dispatch team. No two days look the same - and when something goes wrong, you'll be the one who catches it early and finds the fix. The right person will be sharp, responsive, and someone who takes genuine pride in keeping complex moving parts in order.
What you’ll be doing:
- End-to-end production tracking: Monitor production timelines across our global supplier network, keeping raw materials, printing, embroidery and custom manufacturing processes strictly on schedule.
- Supplier & manufacturer liaison: Act as the daily point of contact for external vendors, issuing production briefs, tracking order statuses and negotiating adjustments to protect client timelines.
- Quality control & artwork verification: Review pre-production proofs and digital mockups against client brand guidelines, checking print placements, Pantone/CMYK colour codes and fabric specs before sign-off.
- Data & milestone tracking: Keep internal platforms, production logs and spreadsheets updated so the wider team always has live visibility on where every order stands.
- Sample management: Coordinate the procurement, review and archiving of product samples, and manage dispatch of approval samples to clients.
- Supplier sourcing & compliance: Support the scouting and onboarding of new manufacturing partners globally, vetting against our quality, cost and sustainability standards.
- Problem solving: When issues arise (fabric shortages, print errors, shifting deadlines) you'll work with vendors to find fast, high-quality solutions before they become client problems.
Essential Skills Experience
You’ll have 1–3 years in a fast-paced production, procurement, operations, logistics or warehouse environment where you owned end-to-end order or admin tasks.
Responsiveness: Supply chain moves fast and so do we. We’re looking for someone who is incredibly responsive to resolve urgent issues. If you’re someone who lets queries sit, this probably isn’t the right fit.
Accuracy: You’ll be managing complex admin processes across multiple orders at once. We want to see evidence of low error rates – whether that’s reduced order corrections, strong QA pass rates, or documented checks you’ve put in place yourself.
Communication: You’ll be the link between sales, production and logistics. Clear, professional written and verbal handoffs are essential.
Troubleshooting: Things go wrong in supply chain. What matters is how fast you fix them. We want to hear examples where you reduced delay time, caught an issue early, or kept a problem away from the dispatch team entirely.
Attitude: We’re a collaborative team that takes ownership and focuses on fixing problems rather than pointing fingers. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.
Desirable Skills
Background in printing, production or garment manufacturing.
Familiarity with print types and Pantone matching.
Experience working with 3PLs and international shipping or customs documentation.
Growth Mindset Over Checklists: We’re looking for impact, not just a perfect cv. If you’re excited about this role but don’t check every single box, we still want to hear from you. We see these requirements as a guide; what matters most is your potential to contribute, your passion for our mission, and your ability to solve complex problems.
Application process:
Initial call with the Talent Lead: an informal call to discuss the role and your relevant skillset.
Interview with the Production Specialist: you’ll have a chance to discuss your experience in more detail.
Interview with the CCO (line manager) + Chief of Staff: you’ll have a chance to showcase your skills through a presentation with Q&A.
Final interview: you'll have the opportunity to meet executive and board level members.
