Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Public Spaces, you’ll manage a diverse team to ensure high-quality, customer-focused services across a range of outdoor spaces. You’ll be a key player in shaping the future of Gosport’s green and public spaces—ensuring they’re well-maintained, inclusive, sustainable, and responsive to community needs.
You’ll oversee operations, manage budgets, ensure legal compliance, develop long-term strategies, and promote community partnerships. The role also involves supporting corporate initiatives and deputising for the Head of Public Spaces when required.
The role will be considered for hybrid working, with a combination of remote/home working and office attendance.
