Personal Assistant

Are you an exceptional Personal Assistant ready to support three dynamic and dedicated directors at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children\’s Charity?

Role Overview

Each day would be different for you in the role. You will be the first point of contact for some of the Directors, while others will need less day-to-day support but will call on you for specific tasks and projects.

Typically, you will be managing diaries and mailboxes, ensuring rooms are booked for meetings etc and generally be the Director’s right hand person offering admin and organisational support. Additionally, you will be supporting on larger pieces of work and projects around Finance, Brand and Tech that will be defined as you settle into the role.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who:

  • Is confident with making decisions and dealing with people from across the organisation
  • Is organised and has excellent attention to detail and communication skills – the Directors will trust you to send emails on their behalf and represent them with their teams and across the organisation
  • Has a flexible approach to each day and has experience of managing conflicting schedules and workloads
  • Is committed to working with GOSH Charity’s values and be an ambassador for these
  • About the Team

    You will be working right at the heart of the organisation in the Chief Executive\’s Office, joining a team that supports the organisation to perform at it’s very best.

    You will be line managed by the Senior Manager, CEO Office and Strategic Projects, but will develop close working relationships with each of the Directors, their team’s key stakeholders and the PA to the Chief Executive and PA to the Fundraising Director.
