You will work in partnership with the Neurology and Neuro-Inflammation services to provide holistic care for children and families in inpatient and outpatient settings, and to support transition from paediatric to adult services.
The role involves two hospital-based days per week of 9.5 hours, with Friday fixed and the other day flexible to fit service needs.
