The opportunity as National Account Manager at Gosh! includes managing and growing key retail partnerships while unlocking new opportunities across channels. You'll own your P&L, lead commercial negotiations, and build insight-led plans that deliver value for both the customer and the brand. What we're looking for
  • Experience in FMCG account management within Grocery, however will consider Discounters.
  • A proven track record of delivering growth and winning new business.
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence in owning a P&L.
  • Ability to use data and insights to influence customer decisions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A balance of 'hunter' mentality and account development expertise.
  • Resilience, energy and ambition with a low ego.
  • Someone who brings drive, accountability and a desire to make an impact.
