The opportunity:
As National Account Manager at Gosh!, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key retail partnerships while unlocking new opportunities across channels. You’ll own your P&L, lead commercial negotiations, and build insight-led plans that deliver value for both the customer and the brand. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys the challenge of a “hunter” mindset and knows how to turn relationships into long-term commercial success.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in FMCG account management within Grocery; however, will consider Discounters.
- A proven track record of delivering growth and winning new business.
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence in owning a P&L.
- Ability to use data and insights to influence customer decisions.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A balance of “hunter” mentality and account development expertise.
- Resilience, energy and ambition with a low ego.
- Someone who brings drive, accountability and a desire to make an impact.
Interview process:
- Stage 1: Introductory conversation, CV walkthrough, and competency questions.
- Stage 2: Presentation task followed by a deeper-dive interview.
