Key Responsibilities

  • Support the academy’s compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements.
  • Ensure secure, efficient and successful administration of all examinations.
  • Collaborate with the Exams Team to plan and deliver exam processes.
  • Key Skills / Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ICT skills – proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Calm, professional approach when working under pressure.
