Country House Weddings offers six hand-picked wedding venues across Essex, Cambridgeshire, Warwickshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire. Each one chosen for its picturesque location, charming exterior, and opulent interiors, whether that be a Georgian Mansion, Tudor Manor or fairy-tale Castle. Country House Weddings specialises in weddings, providing exclusive use of the venues to couples from midday to midnight on the day of the wedding, while also offering all-inclusive wedding packages to ensure a couple's wedding runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes, although not limited to, multiple wedding ceremony options per venue, a three-course wedding breakfast created by expert chefs who specialise in wedding catering, fully stocked bars, and an evening reception with buffet, DJ and disco.
Each venue also boasts accommodation that can be added for overnight guests, as well as numerous grand reception rooms for couples and their guests to use throughout the wedding. The Role:
- Casual Bar Team Members
- To assist the Bar Supervisor/Managers as required, with all duties set out below
- To deliver bar and drinks service in a timely and efficient manner
- To promote the excellent service provided at each of our venues
- To deal with customers in an efficient and friendly manner
- To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all bar duties
- To ensure that all areas are left clean and tidy after an event
- To have knowledge of the venue and group venues
- To ensure the smooth running of each service and any events, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador for Country House Weddings Ltd at all times
- To carry out any other duties as and when required by the FOH Managers, General Manager/Venue Manager
- Ensuring the safety of the building and the people in it with full awareness of health and safety procedures and operating at all times in accordance with your employer’s health and safety policy
Experience not essential, but desirable. Full training will be provided as well as allergen, health & safety and food hygiene training. Over 18's ONLY due to alcohol service, transport required due to location of venue.
