Overview

34 hours per week, Mon to Fri 8.45am to 3.15pm (Thu 4.15pm) 39 Weeks per year. Gosberton House Academy is an outstanding specialist school for primary-aged pupils with Autism and additional learning needs. Every day is different - you might be leading a small group cooking session, joining in with a singing activity, then supporting an art activity at lunchtime. Staff and pupil wellbeing is at the heart of our school values.

Responsibilities

  • Duties include supporting the development of self-help skills, teaching and learning, resource preparation and social learning activities.
  • You will be enthusiastic, caring and keen to learn.
  • You may lead a small group cooking session, join in with a singing activity, and support an art activity at lunchtime.
  • Support staff and pupil wellbeing as part of our school values.

  • Applicants with relevant experience and qualifications are preferred; however, we provide an induction process and a comprehensive CPD programme.
