Gosberton Academy in Spalding is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our community-centric school. You will collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to provide essential support to pupils both with and without EHCPs, focusing on their academic and social development.

The role entails 32.5 hours per week during term time, with responsibilities including assisting in lesson delivery and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

A minimum of English and Maths GCSE at Grade C/4 is required, with experience in SEND being desirable.
