The candidate must:
- Have previous experience working on civil projects, including groundworks, RC works, etc.
- Have excellent knowledge of laser levels, total stations, and GPS systems.
- Monitor, manage, and distribute project information to the site team, ensuring accurate setting out and dimensional control.
- Ensure works are constructed according to the latest design and agreed specifications.
- Maintain project QA and keep the site diary updated.
- Be competent in AutoCAD, reading drawings, and quantifying materials.
- Carry out ITPs, KPIs, RFIs, etc.
- Possess excellent communication skills for effective distribution of project information.
