Gortmore is working with a leading contractor who is looking for a Senior Engineer on a RC project in the Belsize Park area.
Responsibilities:
- Have previous experience working on RC Structures, service/drainage installation, etc.
- Must be competent in ordering Rebar.
- Must have previous experience working with designers.
- Monitoring, manage, distribute project information to several site Engineers and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is being carried out.
- Ensure the works are constructed to latest design and agreed Specification.
- Ensure Project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained.
- Must be competent in Auto Cad, reading drawings and quantifying/ordering materials such as Concrete, rebar, drainage/earthworks materials etc.
- Carry out ITP’s, KPI’s, RFI’s, etc.
- Have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues.
- Have excellent problem‑solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
