Responsibilities:
- Have previous experience working on civil projects involving drainage, service/ductwork installation, and RC concrete.
- Must be competent in ordering materials and rebar.
- Must have previous experience working with designers.
- Monitor, manage, and distribute project information to site engineers and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is being carried out.
- Ensure the works are constructed to the latest design and agreed specification.
- Ensure project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained.
- Must be competent in AutoCAD, reading drawings, cut & fills, and quantifying/ordering materials such as concrete, rebar, drainage, and earthworks materials.
- Carry out ITPs, KPIs, RFIs, etc.
- Have excellent communication skills in distributing project information to work colleagues.
- Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
