Gortmore are working with a leading contractor who are looking for a Site Engineer with PTS on a Rail infrastructure project in the Battersea area.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Must have PTS.
- Previous experience working on Rail projects, including Civils, RC structures, service/drainage installation, etc.
- Monitor, manage, distribute project information to site team and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control.
- Ensure works are constructed to latest design and agreed Specification.
- Ensure Project QA is carried out and site diary is maintained.
- Competent in AutoCad, reading drawings and quantifying/ordering materials such as concrete, rebar, drainage/earthworks materials, etc.
- Carry out ITPs, KPIs, RFIs, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in distributing project information to colleagues.
- Excellent problemāsolving capabilities, able to raise potential issues.
