Gortmore are working for a leading contractor who are looking for a Site Engineer on a Groundworks & RC Project in the Greenwich area.
The Candidate Must:
- Have previous experience working on Groundworks & RC Works projects on drainage, groundworks, etc.
- Have excellent knowledge of laser levels, total stations and GPS’s.
- Monitor, manage, distribute project information to site team and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is being carried out.
- Ensure the works are constructed to latest design and agreed specification.
- Ensure project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained.
- Be competent in Auto Cad, reading drawings and quantifying materials.
- Carry out ITP’s, KPI’s, RFI’s, etc.
- Have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues.
- Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
