Requirements
- Previous experience working on groundwork & RC projects including groundwork, ducting, drainage, and RC frames.
- Excellent knowledge of laser levels, total stations and GPS.
- Monitoring, managing, and distributing project information to the site team, ensuring accurate setting out and dimensional control.
- Ensuring works are constructed to the latest design and agreed specification.
- Ensuring project QA is carried out and site diary is maintained.
- Competent in Auto CAD, reading drawings, and quantifying materials.
- Carry out ITPs, KPIs, RFIs, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to distribute project information to colleagues.
- Excellent problem‑solving capabilities and ability to raise potential issues.
