Gortmore are working with a leading contractor who are looking for a Site Engineer with PTS on a Rail infrastructure project in the Battersea area. The candidate must:
- Have PTS.
- Have previous experience working on Rail projects, including Civils, RC Structures, service/drainage installation, etc.
- Monitor, manage, and distribute project information to the site team and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is being carried out.
- Ensure the works are constructed to the latest design and agreed Specification.
- Ensure Project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained.
- Be competent in AutoCAD, reading drawings, and quantifying/ordering materials such as concrete, rebar, drainage/earthworks materials, etc.
- Carry out ITPs, KPIs, RFIs, etc.
- Have excellent communication skills in distributing project information to work colleagues.
- Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
