Gortmore are working with a Leading contractor who are seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start in the Inverness area.
The candidate must:
- Have Previous experience working on Civils projects working on Earthworks, drainage, Earthwork, service/drainage installation, Protection slabs etc.
- Must maintain daily site diary and evaluate site progress to agreed programme.
- Carry out Daily briefings and Toolbox talk.
- Manage gangs.
- Manage plant and site materials.
- Read and understand drawings and project specifications.
- Ensure workforce understand and adhere to project Risk assessments and Method statements.
- Have excellent communication skills and in delegating project information to work colleagues.
- Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
- Oversee and Ensure works are carried out to appropriate levels of cost, quality, and safety.
- Have in date SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS and Driving Licence
