Gortmore are looking for Site Engineers on a high-profile infrastructure project in the Coventry area. The Candidate must have:
- Previous experience of working on civils projects, including earthworks, drainage, service/ductwork installation, and RC concrete.
- Excellent knowledge of setting out using GPS, robotic EDM, and laser levels.
- Ability to manage and ensure QA documents are completed correctly.
- Experience in carrying out ITPs.
- Competence in reading drawings and quantifying materials.
- Excellent communication skills for distributing project information to work colleagues.
- Ensuring that works are being carried out to the latest drawings and documents.
- Ability to work as part of a team in assisting site management with materials, KPIs, progress reports, etc.
- Maintenance of a daily site diary.
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to raise any potential issues.
