Gortaclare Hair is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hairstylist to join our friendly and professional salon team on a full-time or part-time basis.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented stylist who can confidently manage a busy column, provide excellent customer service, and deliver a high standard of hairdressing across a range of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Confident in cutting, colouring, styling and finishing hair to a high professional standard.
- Providing consultations and recommending suitable treatments and services.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Keeping workstations clean, organised and compliant with salon hygiene standards.
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the salon.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ salon experience.
- Qualified in hairdressing (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred).
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring and styling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable and well-presented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
