This isn't another NHS associate role where you're handed a UDA target and left to get on with it. You’ll inherit a ready-made list of 4,000 UDAs, work alongside trained and experienced support staff, and have genuine, structured backing to grow your private income from day one. With specialists including a prosthodontist and oral surgeon within the wider group, a dedicated bookings team handling enquiries, and supported CPD in areas like composite bonding, this is an NHS base with real private ambition behind it.
