A well-established mixed practice in Sunderland is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their close-knit team. You'll be stepping into a stable, inherited patient list with a predominantly NHS foundation and real scope to grow your private earnings from day one.
With 2-3 flexible days per week available and a practice that's actively renovating and modernising, this is a role built around clinical autonomy and long-term stability.
What's on Offer
- £15 - £17 per UDA with a flexible, negotiable UDA target
- 50% private earnings split with genuine scope to develop your private book

- Flexible 2-3 days per week- days negotiable to suit you, including a short Friday option (9am-2pm)

- Visiting implantologist and cosmetic dentist on the team, with Invisalign offered in-house
Who We're Looking For
- GDC-registered Associate Dentist (essential)
- Valid NHS Performer Number (essential)
- Full right to work in the UK
- Comfortable working across routine NHS and private treatments
- A clinician who values autonomy and works well within a supportive team
