This four‑surgery practice in Salford is looking for a dentist who wants a reliable NHS list, consistent patient flow, and a clinical environment built to let you work efficiently without cutting corners. With strong UDA availability, a modern setup including CBCT and digital scanning, and genuine scope to develop private work alongside your NHS activity, this is a permanent position for a dentist who wants to get on with good dentistry in a practice that's set up to support them.
On Offer
- Permanent associate dentist position, 3‑4 days per week (Mondays required but flexible on other days)
- £13.50 – £14 per UDA with strong depending on experience
- 1,300 UDAs per day worked over the year
- Predominantly NHS dentistry with consistent, high‑demand patient flow
- Therapist on‑site
- Private income split 50/50, with lab fees shared 50/50
- Four‑surgery clinic with a well‑run diary and experienced, trained dental nurses throughout
- Modern clinical technology: CBCT, OPG, digital scanner, and rotary endo
- Efficient clinical systems designed to help you work at pace without compromising on quality
- Supportive front‑of‑house team with strong administrative and patient management processes
- Typical hours 8:00am–5:00pm with a one‑hour lunch break

Requirements
- Full GDC registration
