Associate Dentist | North Kent

Part-time | 70% Private Dentistry | Established Patient Base | Flexible Working | Long-term Opportunity

Gorilla Jobs is working with a well-established mixed practice in Kent. We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join their experienced and supportive teams.

This is an opportunity for a dentist who is looking for a clinic with long term growth potential, with genuine opportunities to develop their private dentistry, broaden their clinical skill set and work alongside experienced clinicians.

We are particularly interested in talking to dentists who want to build their career within a stable practice environment, whether you're earlier in your career and looking for support or an experienced dentist looking to increase their private workload.

What’s on offer?

  • Part-time opportunity, with potential to grow to full time
  • Approximately 70% private / 30% NHS
  • Established and full patient lists
  • Strong local reputations and long-standing patient bases
  • Opportunity to gradually increase your private workload
  • Earnings between £10,000-£20,000 per month
  • Flexible working hours
  • Modern, well-maintained practices
  • Digital workflows and intraoral cameras
  • CT scanners across the group
  • Access to in-house specialists
  • Genuine opportunities for clinical development
  • Long-standing, experienced associate teams
  • Supportive environment with a strong focus on retention and long-term relationships

About the practice

The practice is predominantly private, with approximately 70% of the dentistry now private. The group is continuing to grow its private offering while gradually reducing its NHS commitments.

The practice has established patient bases, meaning you will be joining a busy existing book rather than starting from scratch.

The clinical environment is modern and well equipped, with digital workflows, intraoral cameras and access to CT scanning across the group.

There is also excellent access to specialist support, with clinicians working across:

  • Orthodontics
  • Endodontics
  • Periodontics
  • Implantology
  • Sedation
  • General and restorative dentistry

This creates a strong environment for dentists who want to develop particular areas of interest, learn from experienced clinicians and gradually expand the range of treatment they provide.

Who we're looking for

  • GDC-registered Dentist
  • Comfortable providing general dentistry
  • Patient-focused and committed to high-quality clinical care
  • Interested in developing their private dentistry
  • Keen to continue developing clinically
  • Good communicator who works well as part of an established team
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term position
  • Someone who values stability, continuity and strong patient relationships

We'd be happy to talk you through the practice, patient base, earning potential and opportunity before you decide whether it's right for you.
