Children’s Residential Registered Manager for a small 3‑bed home in Coastal Lancashire. The home supports low‑complexity emotional and behavioural needs (EBD) and has a settled group of young people, a full staffing team, and a supportive leadership network across five partner homes. This is not a high‑risk setting, but it requires a confident, experienced manager who can bring consistency, warmth and strong leadership. Responsibilities

Essential requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards it

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
