An established, friendly practice in Newton Aycliffe is looking for an Associate Dentist to join its two-surgery team.

You will step into a stable, well-established patient list, with real room to build a private following, as the practice is currently turning away private patients due to capacity.

The role suits both dentists who enjoy steady, rewarding NHS work and those keen to grow their private income, backed by a newly refurbished surgery, digital x-ray, and an intraoral scanner. Days are flexible, starting at two to three and optional increasing towards full-time from March 2027, with informal UDA targets and no rigid minimums.
