Multiple associate positions are available across Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham and the surrounding area this September, suited to dentists coming to the end of their foundation year. - UDA rates from £13 to £15, dependent on practice
- Private income split of 45–50% NHS, and mixed options across the region
- Flexible sessions from 2 days per week, with full-time availability at many sites
- Core Monday to Friday hours; selected practices also offer late evenings and optional Saturdays
- Established patient lists available at a number of sites, with structured handover support where applicable
- Experienced nursing and reception teams in place across all practices
- Approachable clinical leads and day‑to‑day peer support - some sites have active FD trainers on site
- Onboarding, shadowing and peer review pathways available at selected practices
- Additional locations considered depending on your preferred commute
Requirements
- GDC‑registered dentist with a recognised dental degree
- Active NHS performer number (or actively in the process of obtaining one)
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Minimum commitment of 2 clinical days per week
