A characterful mixed practice in Maltby is looking for an Associate Dentist to inherit a ready‑made list of up to 4,000 UDAs at £15 per UDA, with genuine, structured support to grow private income from day one. For the right candidate, two additional days per week are also available at the group's six‑surgery Doncaster practice, giving you flexibility, variety, and the option to build a stronger weekly schedule across two well‑resourced sites.

- £15 per UDA – up to 4,000 UDAs available, target matched to your productivity
- 55% of private income for your first 12 months while you build your list
- 50/50 lab fee split
- Option for 2 or 4 days with flexibility in which days you work – 2 days available at the Maltby practice and 2 days at Doncaster
- Dedicated bookings team and in‑house marketing campaigns generating private enquiries for associates
- CPD support including composite bonding, SOE software, rotary endo, and digital x‑rays throughout – well‑equipped and investment‑backed
