Permanent associates can earn an up to £20,000 golden hello, on top of a steady NHS base with genuine scope to build private treatment as you settle in. You can work flexibly from 2 to 5 days per week, and there is a locum-to-permanent pathway if you would rather settle in first. Who We're Looking For

  • Valid GDC registration (mandatory)
  • Active NHS Performer Number, or eligibility to obtain one (mandatory)
  • A recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent)
  • Valid dental indemnity cover, for example DDU, MPS, or MDDUS
  • A commitment to high-quality patient care across NHS and private treatments
  • Newly qualified and early-career dentists are warmly welcomed
