A well-established, modern mixed practice in Milton Keynes is looking for a GDC-registered Associate Dentist to join its large and supportive clinical team. With a 70/30 NHS-to-private split, experienced colleagues on site and access to a wide range of advanced treatments, this is a great opportunity for a dentist looking for clinical support, flexibility and genuine scope to develop their private dentistry. Newly qualified dentists are welcome, with mentorship, shadowing and peer support available from experienced clinicians within the practice.
What's on offer:
- £13-£14 per UDA
- 70/30 NHS-to-private split, with clear scope to increase your private activity over time
- 3-4 days per week, with flexibility around your availability
- Access to Invisalign, implants, oral surgery, sedation and facial aesthetics
- CBCT, iTero/TRIOS intraoral scanner and OPG on site
- CPD contribution and structured training and development
- Regular shadowing, peer support and clinical guidance
- Experienced clinicians on site, including implant and endodontic specialists
- Free on-site parking
- Supportive nursing and dental therapist team

This is a modern, recently refurbished practice with 10 dentists on site, creating a collaborative environment where clinicians can learn from one another and develop their skills.
