Responsibilities
- Operate shot blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for painting or coating
- Apply protective coatings or paint using airless spray equipment , brushes, or rollers with attention to detail
- Use hand tools and power tools as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure surface finishes meet specifications and standards
- Follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines during all phases of surface preparation and painting
