Opening hours for our branch are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 we are looking for an individual who is flexible to work within these branch opening times, who has great people skills and the desire to provide a professional service standard to both our customers and the Pharmacy Teams.
Reimbursement for mileage undertaken on business journeys will be at a rate of 40p per mile up to 10,000 miles, after which 25p a mile will be reimbursed as per HMRC guidelines. Fuel receipts should be obtained for each visit to the petrol station visit and the mileage claim submitted on a weekly basis.
Your main responsibility will be to promptly and conscientiously deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes. Whilst providing a high standard of customer service, you will portray a friendly professional image and act as an ambassador for the Cohens brand. To fulfil this role, you must be able to work under pressure to deliver the prescriptions in the given designated period of time.
Attention to detail is paramount as you will be responsible to ensure that prescription items are delivered in line with the company\'s regulated procedures.
This role requires you to have very basic computer skills, so that you can plan and print your daily routes in branch before you set off to begin your deliveries.
You may also be required to assist with PR exercises to increase business.
You are required to use your own vehicle for this role; therefore, if appointed your personal insurance policy must allow for business use. It is advised that you contact your insurer to obtain information regarding this prior to attending an interview. Please note that\"business insurance\" refers to the vehicle only,and not the contents.The Companywill make a financial contribution to the business aspect of your insurance upon receipt of a document demonstrating any increased premium.
The successful candidate must have great people skills as this is paramount to your role. You will be required to work as part of a well-established team and ensure our customers receive a high standard of service.
