We are seeking to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic and committed Learning and Teaching Assistant to join Goresbrook School. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences, provide targeted interventions, and, where appropriate to support pupil progress.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting secondary-aged students.
• Confident leading learning and small group interventions.
• Good behaviour management and classroom presence.
• Ability to support students with SEND and additional needs.
• Organised, adaptable, and committed to safeguarding.
