The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

To work outdoors on a mobile field rig, harvesting and packing celery or lettuce as part of a friendly, multi-cultural team. It can be a physically demanding role involving standing, bending, cutting and lifting.

You need to be able to travel to Gore Hall Farm in Banks for early starts from 6.00am during busy periods and work until that day's orders are completed. Commitment to work full days, Monday to Friday and Saturdays until 14.00.

You need to comply with customer hygiene rules (hair nets and no jewellery etc). After an initial training period, you will be paid group piecework rates that will enable you to earn above the NMW.
