Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing renewable energy infrastructure projects and managing assets.
  • Designing and managing strategic deals in a challenging policy environment.
  • Forming strategic partnerships and working with multiple public and private sector stakeholders in the development of large complex projects.

Gore Street is the investment and commercial manager for GSF. Responsibilities also include:

  • Working with the Company Secretary on all aspects of governance and company secretarial work for an FCA-regulated investment manager of a London Stock Exchange-listed investment trust.
  • Drafting Board agenda and governance Board papers, including reporting to the Boards on corporate governance updates and regulatory developments.
  • Assisting with a listed investment trust’s Annual General Meeting.
  • Working on the annual and interim reports for a listed investment trust.
