Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in Character Education. We run a prestigious and well-established Summer School for children aged 8-16 from approximately 40 nationalities. Each year we create a vibrant international community where our staff play a critical role in creating a happy and formative summer experience for our students.
Role and Dates
We are looking to recruit West Coast (OBT Staff) who will support students on their Adventure Phased at Outward Bound Trust. Course Dates – Tuesday 30th June 2026 – Monday 3rd August 2026.
Requirements
- Applicants must have a relevant breadth of outdoor education experience and qualifications.
- Experience of working in an education, boarding school environment is also required.
Conditions
Residential accommodation with full board is provided and a competitive salary based on experience. Gordonstoun is striving to build a team that is truly inclusive.
