Situated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in Character Education. We run a prestigious and well-established Summer School for children aged 8-16 from approximately 40 nationalities. Each year we create a vibrant international community where our staff play a critical role in creating a happy and formative summer experience for our students.
West Coast Sailing Staff (supporting students onboard Tall Ships)
Course Dates: Tuesday 30th June 2026 – Monday 3rd August 2026.
Applicants must have a relevant breadth of outdoor education experience and qualifications. Experience of working in an education, boarding school environment is also required.
Residential accommodation with full board is provided (for West Coast Sailing staff onboard the Tall Ships) and a competitive salary based on experience.
