This is an excellent opportunity to join the Domestic Services Department at Gordon’s School, one of the most successful boarding schools in England. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cleaner / Housekeeper to become part of our vibrant, supportive, and hardworking Domestic Services team. This role plays an essential part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that Gordon’s School is known for.
As a valued member of our team, you will help ensure that Residential Boarding Houses, communal areas and the wider school environment—including some outdoor cleaning duties—are kept clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff and visitors. Duties will include the daily cleaning of corridors, communal spaces, bathrooms, lavatories, and any other internal or external areas that require attention throughout the day.
We are looking for someone reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute to a positive working atmosphere. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you. The hours are 9.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday (NB this is not a term time only role).
