Support the legal team as a Legal Support Apprentice in our centralised support office, The Cube.
About the role
The role involves delivering high‑quality administrative support including printing, scanning, copying documents, filing electronic mail, booking travel and processing expenses. You will work in small teams and provide excellent customer service to our lawyers.
Typical day
- Check overnight work requests and assign tasks.
- Book travel for partners and support upcoming trials.
- Redact documents for fee earners.
- Print, bind and paginate trial bundles for trainee solicitors.
- Process expense claims on behalf of associates.
- Restock stationery and process outgoing post before courier deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Complete tasks assigned via the workflow management tool.
- Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards retained.
- Support colleagues across the firm and demonstrate teamwork.
- Maintain confidentiality of all documents and information.
