Gordon’s School is seeking an exceptional, highly organised and proactive Pastoral Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the pastoral leadership team, including the Assistant Head (Pastoral), Assistant Head (Inclusion) and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). The successful candidate will play a key part in the effective day-to-day operation of the school’s pastoral provision, ensuring processes run smoothly, systems are efficiently coordinated and deadlines are consistently achieved.

They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday term time plus 10 days
