We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist joining our reception team of two in a job-share, providing a professional front of house, reception and hospitality service at our Leeds office. This is a part-time role, with working hours from 1.30pm to 5.30pm, with flexibility to cover full time for team absence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with initial enquiries
- Meeting, greeting, and dealing with clients
- Managing meeting room and car park bookings
- Ensuring meeting room resources such as video conferencing are available and set up
- Assisting with the setup of events and large meetings
- Providing refreshments for client meetings
- Monitoring and ordering stock
- Arranging train tickets and taxis
- Supporting the wider business support team
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of reception and front-of-house experience, excellent people skills, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
