The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality administration support to various department functions as well as reception cover when required.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience dealing with members of the public face to face and by telephone.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Good organisational and time management skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a can do attitude.
- Eligibility to work in UK.
Desirable but not essential:
- One years previous experience in an administrative role within a professional office environment.
