The Opportunity
Are you a customer-focused professional with a can-do attitude and a knack for administration? Funeral Partners is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales of funeral plans, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless operations within our extensive network of funeral homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide an excellent customer service tailored to each customer to ensure their enquiry, and any specific needs are met.
- Communication: Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms, and assist in preparing scheduled reports.
- Administrative Support: Handle daily office tasks such as answering calls, processing payments, compiling spreadsheets, and filing.
- Customer Interaction: Address administrative requests and inquiries from branch employees, clients, and third-party affiliates.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate recording of all plan sales and redemptions, and maintain comprehensive administrative records.
- Training and Development: Assist with employee training and support the rollout of new initiatives to promote best practices.
- Reporting: Produce weekly KPI reports and monitor branch stationery orders, ensuring budget compliance.
- Client Service: Provide quality service, handle client queries and complaints, and promote our full range of services including funeral pre-need plans and memorials.

- Support and consider the needs of vulnerable customers.
