Dates (to include 2-day handover):
- 3 & 4 June 8:30 am–6 pm – In-office, in person with the existing EA in the West End office (nearest tube Bond Street) (handover)
- 5–18 June 7:30 am–6:30 pm – Working from home unless there is an unexpected need to be in the office. If you have to go to the office, the hours can be 8 am–6:30 pm. The diary is very changeable, so this is a strong possibility.
The CEO is extremely busy and needs high-level support; someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced role is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary and travel management of meetings, lunches and flights, working across global time zones.
- Full inbox support: filtering emails, replying to correspondence.
- Full gate-keeping support to the CEO office.
