Part time Finance Ledger Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an Part time Finance Ledger Administrator – 3 days a week – NOT TERM TIME ONLY to start immediately
Located in Pimlico based on the school site
Perm Salary 25-28k FTE- £16-18an hour

Our client is a well known private school helping children with special needs- from Primary to Secondary.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
To work under the guidance/instruction of the Finance Manager
Primarily to support the Finance Manager, Bursar and her team, with finance, mainly purchase ledger and debtors.
Processing of invoices Issuing purchase orders Reconciling credit card statements Chasing outstanding debtors. Bank reconciliation/liaison with Assessment Centre and Admissions re deposits paid. Supporting the Finance Team with diary management, preparing resources, Able to cover for the admin team on Reception Follow GDPR and confidentiality guidelines at all times. Carry out other roles and tasks as requested by the Finance Manager and Bursar/Head that are commensurate with salary grade. ABOUT YOU
Must hold an up to date DBS check or be willing to have one taken out Experience of working in a School, College environment is helpful Ability to work on own initiative and part of team Able to multi task during busy periods – before and after school, during breaks and lunch time Excellent interpersonal skills, able to liaise with a wide range of people (parents, teachers, outside professionals) including excellent spoken English.
