Examinations Co-ordinator
We are currently recruiting for a temp Examinations Co-ordinator to start immediately on a temp- basis- for 6 months £22.52 an hour- Based on £35,791- £39,651

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Our client is an established non-profit membership Healthcare organisation.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
To provide administrative support to relevant panels and working groups, liaising with examiners, role players, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of development and examination activities.
- Maintain accurate records of scenario development, QA checks, and feedback for continuous improvement of the CASC question bank.
- Building examinations in the CASC marking system, quality assurance checks and associated testing.
- Organisation of CASC scenario development activity, such as writing days and CASC Panel meetings, to ensure the requirements for new scenarios are met.
- Support new examiner and exam panel recruitment training including support with administration on training days, both for face-to-face and online events.
- Attend examination centres to invigilate and assist on examination days (face-to-face or online as required).
- When instructed by the Head of Examinations or in the event of staff absence, process candidate applications for Examinations.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in an examinations or assessment environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to travel and stay away overnight
