Receptionist and Office Facilities Assistant\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to start asap; on going basis; The role is located in Central London- London Bridge, working on a full-time and is paying £15-16 an hour. \\n\\nWHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?\\nOur client is a well known and respected Trade Union; looking after senior Managers. \\n  \\nWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?\\n \\nAct as the first point of contact for 3rd floor tenants and anyone with building issues and redirect queries as needed \\nAct as first point of contact for anyone coming into the office \\nMeet and greet visitors and liaise with other staff \\nKeep reception area and meeting rooms presentable \\nDeal with post \\nHandle courier/postal bookings/deliveries \\nReplenishment of coffee machine/fridge \\nPhysical moving of wall partitions as needed between meetings \\nReorganising tables and chairs between meetings \\nEnsuring AV equipment is set up and providing basic IT support to users \\nStocking up on drinks in room and reception \\nCoordinating with external service providers for repairs and maintenance of equipment or infrastructure \\nWorking with Office Manager to ensure appropriate staffing for events ABOUT YOU\\n \\nHighly professional and personable  \\nReception or customer service experience \\nAbility to cope with physical work \\nGood knowledge of MS Office and Outlook \\nAbility to deal with AV/IT and explain basic use to others \\nAbility to work under pressure and juggle competing priorities
