Overview
A position has arisen for a school receptionist/ administrator at an extremely well-respected outstanding secondary school in East London, starting ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis. Candidates need to have good customer service and administration skills, and ideally previous school experience. Candidates must be in possession of an enhanced DBS certificate.
Responsibilities
- Customer service, answering the school switchboard, connecting calls
- Using the database to source information and adding information
- Office administration duties
- Dealing with queries
- Liaising with staff, teachers and students
- Managing attendance and lunch money

- Good customer service and administration skills
- Ideally previous school experience
Details
- Work pattern is 37.5 hours a week
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Rate of pay: 15.50 an hour (plus holiday pay on top)
- Starting ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis
They would work mainly on the front reception with some small admin tasks with the following criteria.
